Through hole production and prototype runs are hand populated. RRJ runs both a traditional Leaded wave solder machine and a ROHS compliant wave solder machine. Our other production equipment includes, automated stencil printing, Pick and Place machines, reflow oven, aqueous washer, and Automated optical inspection equipment.
